Basic Dental Hygiene Prevents Larger, More Expensive Problems
We have heard much about the value of practicing good dental hygiene, “but it is often assumed that we know what that means. Even more, we tend to assume that we know what the results of this regular practice will be. Most of us only go so far as to think about the state of our teeth, however, and perhaps our personal appearance. Occasionally, we may also give thought to the fact that if we take better care of our teeth, we would have fewer visits to the dentist. We understand to a degree that does not require such drastic procedures such as dental fillings, extractions and root canals.
